First day of blog

Why do I want to lose weight? Well for one, I don't like the way I look and two, it's just healthier. I will begin my journey with walking daily or some type of cardio and eatting better.

Day one.

Walked 30 minutes on the treadmill yesterday @ the gym - my feet were hurting soooo bad. Worked through it.

See you tomorrow (today).
